What We Collect and What Happens to It
Short version: we collect what a quote needs, your drawing goes only to the shops we name to you, and you can ask us to delete it.
What the forms collect
The RFQ form collects your name, company, company email, country, and the technical description of your part, including any file you attach. The shop registration form collects the shop name, location, contact details, machine list, software, measurement equipment, materials and any file you attach. The vendor form collects the company name, contact details, what you supply, stock and lead time, and any file you attach.
We do not ask for payment details anywhere on this site, and no page on this site takes a payment.
Who sees your drawing
We do. After that it goes only to the matched shops, up to 3 of them, and only once you have seen which shops those are. If you ask for an NDA we sign one before your files go anywhere. We do not post drawings to a marketplace, we do not publish part images, and we do not name customers.
How long we keep files
Enquiry records and attachments are kept for 12 months from the last message in the thread, so a repeat order or a follow-up question does not start from nothing. After that they are deleted. Ask us earlier and we delete earlier, including while an enquiry is still open.
Processors we use
Form submissions are delivered by email through FormSubmit, which handles the message and the attachment in transit. The site is served as static files by our hosting provider, which records standard request logs. We use Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics only when a container ID is configured, and no advertising or profiling tags are used on this site.
Cookies
The site sets no cookies of its own. If analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies for visit measurement, and nothing on this site requires a cookie to work.
Your requests
Ask for a copy of what we hold, a correction, or deletion, and we act on it. Email and we reply within 24 business hours.
