How This 5-Axis Matching Service Works

This site is a matching service for 5-axis machining in Vietnam. We own no machines and we make no parts.

What we do is read a drawing, work out what the part actually needs, and put it in front of a small number of shops that already run that kind of work.

The reason the site exists is narrow. Almost every shop page says 5-axis, and a buyer sitting in another country cannot tell a simultaneous machine from an indexed one, or a shop with its own CMM from a shop that sends parts out to be measured. Closing that gap is the whole job.

What happens to your drawing

  1. You send it

    We look at geometry, material, the tolerance that drives the part, and the inspection you expect.

  2. We match it against machines

    Work envelope first, then whether simultaneous motion is genuinely needed, then material and measurement.

  3. You approve the list

    We name the shops before your file goes to them, up to 3. They quote you directly and you order from the shop, not from us.

How shops are filtered

Every line is something a shop can show. None of it is taken from a capability page.

  • Machine list with models. Make, model, number of axes and travels. A model number can be looked up; "5-axis capability" cannot.
  • Simultaneous or indexed. Asked directly, and cross-checked against the machine model and the CAM they run.
  • Part envelope. Your part has to fit with the head tilted, which is smaller than the table size suggests.
  • Measurement. What they own, what they subcontract, and whether they can produce the report you need.
  • Material experience. Whether they already cut your material, not whether they are willing to try it.
  • Export paperwork. Whether they have exported before and can produce origin documents without help.

What we do not do

  • No instant price engine and no reverse auction. A price generated from file geometry alone misses secondary operations, and the shop that has to absorb that gap is the one that loses.
  • No broadcasting. Your drawing goes to the matched shops and nowhere else.
  • No commission on your order. What you agree with the shop is between you and the shop.
  • No paid position, for shops or for vendors.
  • No claim we cannot show you. That includes certifications, a count of shops, and a track record.

Your drawing and your data

We sign an NDA on request before you upload anything. Your file reaches a shop only after we have checked that it runs the work, and we name those shops to you first. Files stay with the open enquiry and are removed on request. We do not publish part images or customer names.
